1. Overview
By accessing or submitting information through Case Study Studio ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our services consist of B2B Tech case study creation, interviewing, feedback management, approval coordination, and asset production.
2. Subscription Terms
Case Study Studio Tracks operates on a three-month initial minimum commitment, continuing on a rolling quarterly basis thereafter. Deliverables and case study assets are transferred to the client upon sign-off and approval.
3. Intellectual Property
Clients retain full ownership of all finished case studies, recordings, design assets, and video collateral delivered during and after the subscription period.
4. Limitation of Liability
Case Study Studio provides interview and content management services based on customer briefing and participation. We do not guarantee specific sales pipeline conversions or revenue outcomes resulting from third-party deal negotiations.
